Harborview Restaurant & Bar was founded in 2018 by a team of culinary and hospitality professionals led by Mr. K. Wong, the original founder, owner and mastermind behind the world-renowned R&G Lounge in San Francisco (1985 - 2018). With the vision and dream of creating high quality, authentic Cantonese Chinese cuisine in this beautifully elevated space, Harborview's founding principle is that a restaurant can only be successful and sustain with teamwork.
