Harborview Restaurant & Bar was founded in 2018 by a team of culinary and hospitality professionals led by Mr. K. Wong, original Founder and General Manager of R&G Lounge in San Francisco (1985-2018) with the vision and dream of creating high quality, authentic Cantonese Chinese cuisine in this beautifully elevated space.
For your safety and others, there are new health and safety protocols at The Embarcadero Center. Masks are required throughout Harborview Restaurant & Bar, except only when actively dining at your table. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to follow these guidelines. If you request, we can provide a mask to you at no charge. If you feel ill or have any symptoms of fever, sore throat, coughing, loss of sense of taste or smell, please kindly refrain from entering our restaurant until you feel well. We will check for temperatures upon entry. Our tables are also partitioned and properly distanced to allow our guests to feel safe during their visit.
Please bear with us as we adjust to this new normal and continue to make improvements. We have limited heaters and umbrellas available, so feel free to bring layers and/or hats. Validated parking available at Four Embarcadero Center garage (enter at Clay & Drumm Street).
